Google will act on behalf of the operator of this website by deploying this information to evaluate your use of the website in order to compile activity reports for the website operator and to provide the website operator with further services related to use of the website and use of the Internet. The IP-address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be linked with any other data held by Google.

The purposes of the data processing are evaluation of use of the website and the compilation of reports on activities on the website. The intention is the provision of further associated services on the basis of use of the website and use of the Internet. Processing is based on the legitimate interests of the website operator.

Although you may block the storage of cookies by using the relevant settings in your browser software, we wish to point out that you may not be able to take advantage of the full range of all functions on this website if you do so. Use of Matomo

This website uses Matomo (formerly known as Piwik), an open source software for the statistical evaluation of the number of visitors to the site. Matomo uses so-called “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis to be conducted of your use of the website.

The information on your use of the Internet provision generated via the cookie is stored on a server in Strasbourg, France.

IP addresses are anonymised immediately after processing and prior to storage. You can prevent the installation of cookies by amending the settings of your browser software. You are able to decide whether a distinct web analysis cookie may be created in your browser in order to enable the operator of the website to collect and analyse various statistical data.

This website uses Google Maps API in order to present geographical information in a visual form. Where Google Maps is deployed, Google also collects, processes and makes use of data on the use of the map function by visitors. Embedded YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos on some of our pages. The operator of the relevant plug-in is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a page containing the YouTube plug-in, a connection with YouTube servers will be established. This notifies YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube will be able to match your surfing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
When a YouTube video starts, the provider deploys cookies to collect indications of user behaviour.
If you have deactivated cookies for the Google Ad Programme, no such cookies will be created when you watch YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal user information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you will need to deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser.

Further information regarding data protection on YouTube is available in the provider’s data protection statement at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you arrive at our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google AdWords will set a cookie on your computer. This Conversion Tracking cookie is created if a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies cease to be valid after 30 days and do not serve the purpose of personal identification. If a user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google are able to recognise that the user has clicked on the advertisement and has been forwarded to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can thus not be traced via the websites of AdWords customers. The purpose of the information obtained via Conversion Cookies is to develop conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for Conversion Tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who have clicked on their advertisement and have been forwarded to a site with a Conversion Tracking tag. They do not, however, receive any information which enables them to identify users personally.

If you do not wish to take part in tracking, you may refuse placement of the cookie that is required. This can be achieved by adjusting your browser settings so as to generally deactivate the automatic placement of cookies or by amending your browser settings so that cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” are blocked.

Please note that you will not be able to maintain records of your measurement data if you delete the cookies using the opt-out function. You will need to reset the opt-out cookie if you delete all the cookies in your browser.

Duration of storage

We store access data as described above for a period of one month. Data from Google Analytics are stored for a period of 14 months in order to enable us to undertake annual evaluations of visits to our homepage.

We reserve the right to amend the present data protection statement in order to ensure that it is in compliance with the latest legal requirements at all times or for the purpose of implementation of services into the data protection statement, such as when new services are introduced. The new data protection statement will subsequently apply when you revisit the website.
